Mountain Yoga:

In Oakland's Montclair District at 2071 Antioch.  That is across the street from Peets coffee, on the second floor above the Montclair Malt Shop. You will see signs on all the major windows.  Parking is metered and non-metered. Click here for directions.

On the Oakland/Berkeley border, 3320 Adeline at Alcatraz. Adeline Yoga is in the middle of the block, between Sweet Adelines Bakery and Spuds Pizza.  Free parking is plentiful.  Click here for more info.
